Title: Impact of fabric tensile and bending properties on adhesion property under wet condition at low tension
Abstract: In order to study the adhesion property of fabric when it was seperated from skin under wet condition,a newly developed model of wet fabric adhesion apparatus was used to test the adhesion property of fabric to skin under wet condition. There were three indices:adhesion force, adhesion distance and adhesion work. And a wet adhesion curve can be obtained from this method.Based on the analysis of adhesion curves' shapes of ten kinds of fabric samples, the common characteristics of the adhesion curves were summed up.And it was found that the curve could be divided into three parts and each part reflected different separation process. The KES system was adopted to test the tensile and bending properties of fabric samples;and adhesion data and curves of corresponding samples were tested at a separation speed of 15 mm /min.The data analysis results showed that it is positive correlation between the tensile work and maximum adhesion force, and it displays opposite result in the case of bending rigidity;and greater the maximun adhesion distance, flatter the adhesion curve.
