Title: Effects of Fertilization,Bacteria and Hormone on Seedling Growth of Alnus nepalensis
Abstract: The L9(34) orthogonal design was applied to test the effects of organic fertilizer,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2(Y2) and indolebutyric acid(IBA) with 3 levels for each treatment on the growth of Alnus nepalensis seedlings.The results showed that:(1) Difference was extreme significant for average height between the treatments both for 120d and 180d seedlings.(2) For 120d seedlings,the main influencing factor of height growth was organic fertilizer with extremely significan differences in three levels.And the interaction of fertilization and Y2 was the main influencing factor of basal diameter(BD).(3) For 180d seedlings,the main influencing factor of height and BD was Y2,different levels of fertilization and Y2 extreme significantly affected the height growth while the interaction of fertilization and Y2 significantly affected the height growth.(4) For heights growth,the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 15 kg·m-2,Y2 of 3.2×105 CFU·mL-1 and IBA 0.1 g·L-1(A3B1C1)for 120 days old seedlings,and organic fertilizer 15 kg·m-2,Y2 of 3.2×105 CFU·mL-1,IBA 0.2 g·L-1(A3B1C2)for 180d seedlings(A3B1C2).For BD growth,the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 15 kg·m-2,Y2 of 3.2×105 CFU·mL-1 and IBA 0.5 g·L-1(A3B1C3).The experimental results indicated that the combination of organic fertilizer,Bacillus amylolique faciens B9601-Y2 and IBA facilitated the growth of A.nepalensis.
