Abstract:The fermented soybean meal was produced by mixed bacteria through solid state fermentation using Aspergillus oryzae(A3.042)and beer yeast.The fiber and protein in soybean meal degrated by various enzy...The fermented soybean meal was produced by mixed bacteria through solid state fermentation using Aspergillus oryzae(A3.042)and beer yeast.The fiber and protein in soybean meal degrated by various enzyme series produced by mold and single cell protein was synthesized by beer yeast.The effects of the composition of fermentation stuff,ratio of oculating bacteria,quantity of inoculation and fermentation temperature on the protein content of fermented soybean meal were researched.The optimum conditions were as follows:composition of fermentation stuff 100:6(soybean meal /wheat bran),ratio of inoculating bacteria 1:3(Aspergillus oryzae /yeast),quantity of inoculation 6%,temperature 28 ℃,fermentation period 72 h.The crude protein content in the fermented soybean meal could reach 49.10%,increasing 12.1% than that of original.Read More
