Title: Distribution and Drug Resistance Analysis of ESBLs-producing Escherichia Coli and Klebsiella Pneumoniae
Abstract: Objective To explore ESBLs producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae distribution and drug resistance. Methods For June 2013 June-2014 hospital inpatients censorship specimens were cultured using VITEK bacterial identification and susceptibility analysis system line strain identification and susceptibility analysis of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae clinical Distribution and drug Resistance bacteria primary analysis. Results ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, mainly from urine 45.94%, 85.29% were detected in sputum; ESBLs-producing bacteria susceptibility to carbapenems, amikacin and other high 1.47% ~22.19%. Conclusion ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae major cause urinary tract infections and lower respiratory tract, and the most commonly used antimicrobial drug resistance.
