Methods:125 cases were divided into matrine group, matrine+IFN-α2b group and IFN-α2b group to observe the changes of HBV-M, HBV-DNA, ALT and AST. Results:After treatment for three months, the negative transforming rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were 30.4% and 39.1% in matrine group, 36.6% and 41.5% in IFN-α2b group, 39.5% and 50.0% in matrine+IFN-α2b group respectively, and the positive transforming rates of HBeAb were similar. After 12 months followup, the total effective rates were 12%, 9%, and 18% in matrine, IFN-α2b and matrine+IFN-α2b group respectively. Conclusion:Matrine and IFN-α2b are both effective in treating hepatitis B,combining of matrine and IFN-α2b could be more effective.Read More
