Title: EFFECT OF VARYING CANOLA MEAL LEVEL ON CHICKEN PERFORMANCE
Abstract: Effects of dietary canola meal levels in rearing diets on chicken's development and subsequent layer performance were studied using 160 brown Yisha cocks of a commercial strain. During the growing period of 2~ 10 weeks,each meal was assigned to five canola meal levels of 0, 7、12、17 or 22% diet containing 17% of CP and 2.85Mcal/kg of ME,respectively.7% canola meal level increased body weight and feed conversion efficiency significantly,from 2nd to 6th week.
