Title: Diagenesis and reservoir classification and evaluation of Member 4+5 of Triassic Yanchang Formation in Baibao oilfield,Ordos Basin,China
Abstract: On the basis of investigating flakes,viewing under the microscope,pressure Hg and cathodoluminescence etc.,the paper studies and analyses the diagenesis and reservoir characteristics of Member 4+5 of Triassic Yanchang Formation in Baibao oilfield of Ordos Basin. It concludes that the low porosity and low permeability character of Member 4+5 of Triassic Yanchang Formation is the result of the composion and structure of original minerals,the diagenesis function of early mechanical compress and chemical dissolve and the late cementation of iron-calcite.Simultaneously,the paper classifies and evaluates the reservoirs of Member 4+5 of Triassic Yanchang Formation in study area according to the cluster analysis of 18 pressure Hg samples and 11 variables,indicates that Type Ⅱ of low porosity and low permeability reservoir of the Baibao oilfield is the master,then is the Type Ⅲ.
