Title: Dahuang Danshen on Improvement of Histology and Organic Function of Rats with Experimental Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of Dahuang Danshen on improvement of histology and organic function of rats with severe acute pancreastitis. Methods:Experimental rats were divided into the normal group, the model group and the Dahuang Danshen group.Rat models with severe acute pancreastitis were induced by retrograde infusion of Aho's pancreas and bile duct activateor. After therapy by Dahuang Danshen for 24 hours, rat models were anaesthetic and the blood count, function of liver and kidney, blood serum and ascites amylase were measured. The pathologic histology of pancreas was observed after rat models were anatomized. Results:The blood count, function of liver and kidney, blood serum and ascites amylase in the Dahuang Danshen group were obviously decreased compared with those in the model group. The pathologic observation showed the edema, hyperaemia and soakage of phlogistic cells in the Dahuang Danshen group were obviously lightened compared with those in the model group. Conclusion:Dahuang Danshen injection can improve the histology and organic function of rats with severe acute pancreastitis.
