Title: Application of Predictive Nursing Guidelines in Nursing in Department of Orthopedics
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of Department of orthopedics nursing in the implementation of predictive nursing guidelines.Methods 1 240 cases of patients in the Department of orthopedics in our hospital in 2012 August ~2014 year in August in the diagnosis and treatment of,according to different nursing methods will change will be divided into two groups,the implementation of routine nursing of 484 Cases of the control group patients,756 cases of the observation group patients implementation of predictive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing,comparison of two groups of patients with complications and patient satisfaction with nursing service.Results The two groups of patients were compared,the observation probability of complications was 4.2%,12.4% in the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant,with statistical significance(P0.05),patients in the observation group satisfaction of nursing staff was 97.6%,control group 88.4%,the differences between the two groups were significant,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing in Department of orthopedics nursing has a good clinical effect,can effectively reduce the risk of complications of patients in the Department of orthopedics,helps to improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing staff,it is in clinical use.
