Title: ISOENZYME ZYMOGRAMS OF THE EXTRACELLULAR LACCASE AND ITS APPLICATION IN BREEDING OF THE EDIBLE FUNGI——I. IDENTIFICATION OF THE DIFFERENT STRAINS IN AURICULARIA AURICULA AND PHOLIOTA NAMEKO
Abstract: The isoenzymes of extracellular laccase of 16 strains of Auricularia auricula and 9 strains of Pholiota nameko were compared by means of polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis of isoelectrofocusing. After many repetitions a standard zymograms of all strains were obtained. On the basis of differences of zymograms and pI value, the similarity dendrogram of laccase marker loci were determined. The 16 strains of Auricularia auricula were divided into 4 types and 9 groups; 9 strains of Pholiota nameko were divided into 2 types and 3 groups, but there were similarities and differences within group. The experimental results indicated that it is one of the significant methods to apply laccase zymograms to the identification of different strains.
