Title: Clinical Observation of Non-severe Aplastic Anemia Treated by Small Dose of Cyclosporine Combined with Levamisole
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical observation of small dose of cyclosporine combined with levamisole in the treatment of non-severe aplastic anemia so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods This group of 82 cases with non-severe aplastic anemia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 41 cases in each. The control group was given small dose cyclosporine therapy, the treatment group was given small dose cyclosporine and levamisole treatment. 6 months was a course of treatment for both groups. Results Comparing the total effective rate of the treatment group(73.17%) with that of the control group(78.05%), the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05); comparing the hemoglobin, platelet, and neutrophil levels of the two groups after treatment with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). After treatment, the difference in hemoglobin and neutrophil levels between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P0.05); the level of platelet of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group(51.52%) was obviously lower than that of the control group(7.32%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of small dose of cyclosporine combined with levamisole on non-severe aplastic anemia is accurate, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of cyclosporine, and the treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
