Title: The Genetic Diversity of Natural Populations and Seed Orchards of Pinus kesiya
Abstract: The analysis results show that Pinus kesiyanatural populations possess relatively high genetic diversity, polymorphic site percentage P=70 1%,allelic gene average number A=2 27,average expected heterozygous degree He=0 291;the genetic differentiation degrees among populations are relatively low, genetic differentiation coefficient G ST =0.052 The genetic diversity of P kesiyaseed orchards is richer than that of P kesiyanatural populations. The above mentioned various genetic parameter values are as fouows:P=73.5%,A=2 42 and He=0 295,the seed orchard construction is an effective way of forest tree genetic improvement.
