Title: THE MAIN ROCK TYPES AND PROTOLITH RESTORATION OF XUELONGSHAN METAMORPHIC BELT IN WEIXI
Abstract: Based on the field geological survey and the geochemistry study, the protolith restoration of the Xuelongshan metamorphic belt in Weixi of Yunnan has shown the amphibolite to be the parametamorphic rock formed from different protolith. It shows this set of metamorphic rocks have been developed in a turbulent marine-land alternative facies environment with intensive structure movement, where volcanic activity, intensive erosion and fast accumulation on formed a set of graywacke, volcaniclatic rock, volcanic and subvolcanic rock that are intensively transformed by complicated metamorphism later.
