Title: EFFECTS OF ENDOTHELIAL CELLS ON HOMING OF HEMATOPOIETIC PROGENITOR CELL
Abstract: Because of their special anatomical location, vascular endothelial cells become the primary component of bone marrow-blood barrier.Endothelial cells are the portal of going out and homing of hematopoietic cell.Endothelial cells secrete a great variety of hematopoiesis regulatory factor, making the progenitor cells localized in the niche, thus endothelial cells can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of the progenitor cells. This paper reviews the relationship between endothelial cell and progenitor cell.
