Title: The Forming and Problem of Practice-Ontological Aesthetics:on a Paradigm Shifting Case of Contemporary Chinese Aesthetics
Abstract: Practice-ontological aesthetics develops from practice aesthetics in the 1990s.The latter,basing on an ontology,has challenged the orthodox epistemology aesthetics and maintained the identity of art experience,but unfortunately fallen in essentialism and made the so-called ontological mistake as well as an academic depute.In front of critical reviews practice aesthetics,adopting M.Heidegger's Ontological Philosophy,has changed and formed itself finally into practice-ontological aesthetics,which has lifted the practice meaning existence to the height of ontology,then enlarged this onto to the source field.However,it regards the practice belonging to human beings as the most upper and ultimate category and goes out of essentialism.Meanwhile practice-ontological aesthetics comes across the rough difficulty to combine M.Heidegger's ontological philosophy and K.Marx's historical materialism.It adapts and explains Heidegger actually in a post-modern destructive way,which by no means can help it to reach the goal to strenthen its theoretic foundation.The key problem of practice-ontological aesthetics lies in that it is a from-up-to-below aesthetics,which always holds on to some special ideas as the first principle,then follows it in researching and inquiring art and beauty issues with no regard to fresh aesthetic activities.
