Title: Analysis on correlation between psychological intervention and its influences on elderly hypertensive patients
Abstract: Objective Ascertaining effects of psychological intervention on emotions and blood pressure(BP) in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Dividing 240 cases of hypertensive patients randomly into Group A(Intervention Group) and Group B(Reference Group),each with 120 cases and routine nursing.Besides,exerting additional psychological intervention on the intervention group.Before and after the intervention,evaluated the extent of anxiety with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and depression with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and BP changes.Results Compared with the B group,not only the difference of SAS and SDS of the A group(P 0.05),but also the BP fall are statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions Psychological interventions can significantly alleviate emotions of anxiety and depression in elderly hypertensive patients and make a more satisfactory antihypertensive effect.
