Title: Optimized Simulation and Realization of Brushless Control of DC Motors
Abstract: To make the simulation model closer to reality and easy to realize,a novel brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) modeling and simulation scheme are proposed.The BLDCM control system has two regulators which are used to control the speed and current of the motor.In the conduction mode,the motor stator windings terminal voltage is impacted by a number of factors,such as motor internal states and inverter states.The power electronic module in SimPowerSystem Toolbox of Matlab Simulink is replaced by a self-built inverter module using S function.The methods of electromagnetic torque estimation and current sampling are improved based on a sampling resistor.This improved sampling method needs no more hardware cost.Simulation and experimental results verifies that the proposed model and control strategy are correct and effective.
