Consequently, governmental intervention is needed to regulate the eco-market to improve its operational efficiency. However, as an organization of public property rights, there also exists the failure of governmental eco-regulation. This paper first analyzes the reasons why the governmental eco-regulation fails,and then puts forward the institutional approaches for government to optimize its eco-regulation,strengthening the regulation to the regulator, establishing a mechanism to dispel ecological public rents, deregulating and optimizing eco-regulation.Read More
