Merr.The results showed that,the contents of soluble protein,free amino acid,crude fat,soluble sugar and total flavones in the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.were 55.2%,66.6%,55.8%,107.3%,315.2% of the contents in the seeds of Glycine max(Linn.) Merr,respectively.The contents of those constituents in the stems and leaves of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.were 9.8%,60.1%,25.5%,48.4%,1032.1% of the contents in the seeds of Glycine max(Linn.) Merr.,respectively.Above all,the seeds and stems and leaves of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.can be used as health food,and have some edible value.The results can provide theoretical basis for comprehensive development and utilization of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.Read More
