Title: The relationship on adapter protein and T cell signal transduction
Abstract: Adapter protein is such a protein which associated with the signal transduction in immune cell without enzyme action as well as transcription activity. Adapter protein interact with protein molecular chaperones through its conservative domain such as SH2, SH3. Linker for activating T cell (LAT), a case of adapter protein, play an important role of positive regulation in T lymphocyte activity. Src-interacting protein (Sin), the other case of adapter protein, could interfere with the signal transduction mediated by T cell receptor.
