Title: Comparisons of the Analepsia of Propofol and Sevoflurane Anesthesia
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the superiority of sevoflurane anesthesia by comparing the effects of propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy during analepsia period.Methods:74 patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into group P(Anesthesia maintained with propofol,n=37,) and group S(Anesthesia maintained with sevoflurane,n=37).The indicators of analepsia time, restlessness score and postoperation pain degree have been researched. Results:Between the two groups,There's no difference in the recovery time of respiration and throat reflection, and the time to extubation and to open the eyes and the postoperation restlessness score(P0.05).The recovery time of consciousness and orientation and the pain scores within 1 hour after extubation in group S were significantly shorter than those in group P(P0.05).There's no signficantly differences in pain scores since 3 hours after extubation(P0.05).Conclusions:Both sevoflurane and propofol can provide satisfactory anesthesia for the operation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. But anesthesia with sevoflurane maintained needs shorter time for consciousness and orientation recovery, and relieve the postoperation pain apparently, and be better for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
