Abstract: Xunjiansi of the Ming dynasty was the basic national organization, stationing in the countryside, getting in touch with the people, upholding the country’s social order and stability. It was particularly set up in the areas where economy was well developed, population was dense, and peasants’ uprisings frequently occurred, in order to stable dominion of the Ming dynasty. However, due to the lack of supervision and reasonable adjustment of distribution in certain areas from the middle Ming dynasty, the organization deviated from its function and was weakened in due cause, thus caused the Ming government’s loss of control in the basic social parts.
