Title: Study on film-forming condition of iPPW emulsion
Abstract: The DTA and TGA curves of iPPW emulsion under N atmosphere were tested to determine the 2 approximate range for the film-forming temperature of the emulsion.Then the influence of solid content of emulsion,temperature and time of film-forming on the film performance of emulsion was studied.And the PU emulsion was used to improve the film forming property of iPPW emulsion.When the mass ratio of PU emulsion to iPPW emulsion is 10:1, 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, 6:4, 5:5, 4:6 or 3:7 in blending emulsion,the performance of blending latex film was studied.The results show that the performance of iPPW latex film reaches good state when solid content of iPPW emulsion is 10%,film-forming temperature of emulsion is 175℃ and film-forming time of emulsion is 40 min.In the blending emulsion when mass ratio of PU emulsion to iPPW emulsion is 9:1,the performance of blending latex film is better.
