Title: Irbesartan Tablets Combined Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the Treatment of Clinical Analysis of 92 Cases of Mild to Moderate Hypertension
Abstract: Objective To investigate the the hydrochlorothiazide hydrochloride tablets irbesartan tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension clinical efficacy.Methods June 2010 to June 2011 have been confirmed in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension of 184 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 92 cases,the control group was treated with oral irbesartan tablets 150mg,1 hydrochlorothiazide plus service times/d,the observation group in the control group on the basis of thiophene hydrochloride tablets 12.5mg,1 times/d for 8 weeks.Electrocardiogram,urinalysis,blood chemistry,electrolytes,uric acid examination before treatment and treatment at week 8.Follow-up every two weeks sitting blood pressure,heart rate 1.Results total efficiency of 91.30% in the control group the total effective rate 73.91%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);two sets of SBP and DBP decreased,and systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased compared with the treatment group control group,the difference was significant statistically significant(P0.001).There were no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion irbesartan tablets and hydrochlorothiazide tablets hydrochlorothiazide their combination antihypertensive effect in patients with more mild to moderate hypertension,had no obvious effect on the metabolic side effects,and is worthy of clinical
