In the models, a correction regulation of the external heat flows in crystallize machine is introduced to modify the models. Aiming at the beneficial shape of the slab, the FD is adopted in the mathematical models. Under the platform of MATLAB analytical program of the slab temperature within the secondary area is developed. It shows the two-dimension and three- dimension visual figures of any section of the slab by the simulation of gradual change color form. The figure is lifelike. The parameters of the casting machine and the size of a certain steelwork's slab as an example is simulated and analysised. The results of simulation indicate that the temperature of measured slab section match the fact. The simulate system provides the theoretical facts and efficient analysis means for the enactment of craftwork parameters and optimize in the process of continuous casting production.Read More
