Title: Preoperative assessment of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging on breast cancer
Abstract: Objective Objective To study dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the preoperative assessment on breast cancer. Methods 20 patients received breast dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI.17 cases,14 solid lesions confirmed by pathology.Combined surgical and pathological retrospective analysis of breast MRI in the preoperative evaluation. Results Except for 1 case of left internal mammary cystic mass, the remaining solid mass in 19,7 benign and malignant 12.MRI showed all tumors, including 1 case of multiple foci of breast cancer hidden, one case of residual breast-conserving surgery,2 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,in which the smallest tumor diameter of 5 mm.The MRI showed the lesion was 100%,diagnostic accuracy rates were 92.3%.Conclusions Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of breast cancer can make the correct preoperative assessment, surgical treatment for clinical decision and prediction of breast cancer metastasis, recurrence and prognosis can provide an important basis.
