Title: Clinical study of clinical efficacy of shenfu injection on sepsis after liver injury
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection on liver injury in sepsis.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria for sepsis,68 patients were enrolled in the treatment group.Shenfu injection was infused intravenously 100 ml / d,a total of 7 days.Records of patients enrolled in 3 d,7 d,14 d of survival,liver enzymes and bilirubin levels,APACHE II score were determined.These data were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with before treatment,the SGPT TBIL APACHE Ⅱ of Shenfu treatment groups showed significant improvement(P 0.05).While compared with the control group in the experiment,the early SGPT levels of Shenfu treatment group decreased significantly(P 0.05).The survival rate compared with the control group was increased.Conclusion This study showed that the Shenfu may play a therapeutic effect in early sepsis associated mild liver injury.This combined treatment for septic liver injury in Western medicine can reduce the economic burden of disease and have great significance.
