Title: Analysis of the Principle of Mode Innovation for the Appraisal of University Students
Abstract: In the age of information,the university students ought to be capable of the ability of studying independently,the innovation ability,the stronger adaptive capacity and the reflectively criticizing ability.But in the current appraising mode of university students,there are shortcomings as the on-track appraising means,the partial appraising contents,making the appraising result utility,attaching importance to universal but lighting personality and so on.These have hindered the development of ability to obtain knowledge independently,the cultivation of the student initiative spirit and innovation ability,and the development of students' individual character.Directing against the shortcomings,researchers have raised a certain number appraising mode of university students to improve current appraising mode of university students.During construction of new appraising mode for university students,we should follow the principle of the opening,flexibility and democracy.We use the flexibility principle to inspect students' development from many-faceted and multiple means,and attend to the individual diversity of students,not to use cognition as only appraisal goal.We should conceive the containing aptitude to exercise the student learning and behavior to respect students' individual differences of the appraisal.These principles establish the main body status and improve the full-scale development of university students by the scientific appraisal.
