The competitive advantage of Chinese enterprises depends on combination of internal organization structure and external market structure. To gain international competitiveness, Chinese enterprises should follow the concept of globalization, enhance human resource management, educate more international oriented employees, and involve in strategic merger. The government should properly deal with the relationship between protection and competition, keep a competitive market structure, and develop a better competition environment, create positive externalities for enterprises.Read More
