Title: DEVELOPMENTS IN THE STUDIES OF NANO-TiO_2 AND MESOPOROUS MEMBRANE OF DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS
Abstract: Dye-sensitized nano-TiO_ 2 solar cells become an active research area in the world. It was reported that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of small size cell is up to 11.18%. But one of the most important problems is the stability of photoelectric conversion efficiency. The different preparation methods of nano-TiO_ 2 and thin-film of opto-electrode and the different thin-film structure have different photoelectric conversion efficiency. Some new developments in the preparation of electrode material and the design of the structure of thin-film in dye-sensitized nano-TiO_ 2 solar cells were reviewed in this paper.
