Title: Optimization of reaction conditions for the isomerization of pine oleoresins acids
Abstract: Isomerization of pine oleoresins acids was studied with pine oleoresin as raw materials,No.200 oil as solvent, and gas chromatography as analysis method. The effects of catalytic acid species and amount, agitating speed,resin/oil ratio, and reaction temperature and time were investigated. Results showed that the content of abietic acid increased with the strengthening of proton acidity of the catalyst.Isomerization became faster with the increase of acid dosage while the agitating speed had no effect. The reaction was slow at lower temperature and there was side effect at higher temperature. The abietic acid content in isomerization products increased with the increasing of reaction time. The suitable reaction conditions are as follows: sulfuric acid as catalyst in dosage of 0.02 mL/g,agitating speed at 300 r/min,weight ratio of pine oleoresins to No.200 oil in 1∶ 1,reaction temperature at 30 ℃,and reaction time in 25 min.The content of abietic acid in pine oleoresins would increase from 16.37% to 80.92% after isomerization.
