Title: Thyroid surgery to show the clinical value of the recurrent laryngeal nerve
Abstract: Objective Discussion revealed recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid surgery and its impact on the way to prevent the clinical value of the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.Methods126 cases of thyroid patients will be randomly divided into groups and shown not to show groups to show for the recurrent laryngeal nerve surgery and did not reveal recurrent laryngeal nerve(recurrent laryngeal nerve anatomy of the protection of the region)of the operation,revealed 64 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve group,did not show group of 62 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve.By the thyroid artery approach revealed 60 cases,accounting for 93.8 percent;by the recurrent laryngeal nerve laryngeal department and the isthmus to tracheoesophageal groove approach to show the 3(4.7%)and1(1.5%),respectively.ResultsGroup revealed 0 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,the injury did not reveal Group4.Group to show the probability of occurrence of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury was significantly lower than non-exposed group(P0.05).ConclusionConventional thyroid surgery revealed recurrent laryngeal nerve injury can reduce the incidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve.Should be revealed thyroid artery approach,to show the whole recurrent laryngeal nerve.
