Title: The latest developments in detection of hepatitis B virus biomarkers
Abstract: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) chronic infection is one of the major global public health issues, because it is a biggest threat to human health. HBV diagnosis, prevention and treatment are very improtant for the world. In China, especially, the growing population movement, the increasing vaccines and drug treatment, and more and more high-immunoglobulin are causing, more and more mutations and variation of HBV. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to understand the latest developments of HBV biomarkers. This review describes these biomarkers of HBV, such as:HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb、anti-HBc-IgM、HBcAg、HBcrAg、 Pre-S1、Pre-S2、Pre-Pre-S、covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA).
