Title: Clinical effect of chronic atrophic gastritis
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the methods and value of using western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Random nearly two years to the hospital for treatment of 70 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were divided into two groups, control group 35 cases of simple choice of oral folic acid tablets, observation group(35 cases) choose folic acid + for teprenone treatment, continuous treatment with 8 weeks of disease treatment in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the clinical observation group was 94.29%, compared with the 77.14% of the control group, and it was statistically significant(P0.05). Before treatment, two groups of gastritis symptom score relatively close, was not statistically significant(P0.05), the mean scores for after treatment, the observation group compared with the control group decreased significantly, the statistical significance(P0.05). There were no serious discomfort during the treatment for the two groups. Conclusion: The choice of folic acid + for teprenone combined regimen on chronic atrophic gastritis patients to start treatment, effect is more ideal, safe, more conducive to alleviate the symptoms, suitable for strengthen the promotion.
