Title: Replacing the Old with the New in Social Transformation
Abstract: The changes and reforms of a society usually accelerate the progress of the whole society. While introducing a new era for Chinese society out of the turmoil in the latter half of the 20th century, the Chinese Communist Party has created a great impetus to the development of the country. The authors expound how the Chinese Communist Party do away with the old theories and strategies to set up the new ones in transference from a revolutionary party to a ruling party after the third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978. This move of the Chinese Communist Party is a great choice of action and theoretical innovation in meeting with the historical requirements of China in the 21st century.
