Title: Interpretative Structural Model of Incentive System
Abstract: The different hypotheses of incentive theories of management science and economics make theory share difficult. In this paper, based on the system theory, and some well-know incentive theories, we make use of interpretative structural model, and build a system incentive model. This model is an organic combo between management science and economics. It can offer more thought and methods. At the same time, we discuss the important tache of incentive effectiveness in the interpretative structural model of incentive. We suggested some important questions for our state-owned enterprises.
