Title: Distribution and analysis of related risky factor of intra and extra cranical arterial stricture in 308 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Abstract: Objective To research different age paragraph brain artery stenosis(block) vessels distribution and associated risk factors of relevancy. Methods 308 cases with DSA and/or CTA diagnosed with cerebral artery stenosis/or occlusion ischaemic stroke patients according to age into youth, middleaged group and the elderly group, the outside the narrow intracranial arteries degree, distribution and characteristics are compared.Meanwhile measure blood pressure, blood sugar(GLU),triglycerides(TC),total cholesterol(TG) and homocysteine, and no brain artery stricture above group compared the factors relating to the differences. Results Intracranial artery stenosis rate(54.6%) was significantly higher than extracranial artery(35.12%),compared with the existing brain artery stenosis without narrow two groups of ischemic stroke patients, blood pressure,GLU and TG,TC,homocysteine, age factor differences have statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01).Logistic regression found high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, high homocysteine, smoking, excessive drinking and ischaemic stroke cerebral artery stenosis was significantly associated(P0.05).Conclusion The incidence of stenosis of intracranial artery is higher than that of extracranial artery with cerebral artery stenosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, especially in young aged.High blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, high homocysteine, smoking, excessive drinking and cerebral artery stenosis were related,is the brain artery stenosis risk factors.
