Title: Optimum Extraction Process and Antioxidant Capacity for Piper wallichii Extract
Abstract: To comprehensively exploit P.wallichii,a single-factor test was conducted on extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time through ethanol reflux method,and the optimum extraction conditions were confirmed according to K values from the L9(34)orthogonal experiment.Results:The best extraction conditions included extraction temperature 70℃,liquid-solid ratio 5∶1,ethanol concentration 40% and extraction time 2.5h.Under these conditions the ·OH clearance rate was 0.550,and reached 0.783 when the extract volume was 1.8 mL(hydroxyl radical concentration 1.47×10-4,H2O2).
