Title: CLINIC COMPARISON OF BUTORPHANOL AND SUFENTANIL ALONE OR IN COMBINATION INTRAVENOUS ANALGESIA IN PATIENTS AFTER ABDOMINAL SURGERY
Abstract: [Objective]To observe clinical patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)effect between butorphanol alone and combined with sufentanil in abdominal surgery.[Methods]A total of 90 patients undergoing selective abdominal operation,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade, randomly divided into three groups,B groups(butorphanol group):butorphanol 4μg/kg/h;S group(sufentanil group):sufentanil 0.05μg/kg/h;BS group(butorphanol + sufentanil):butorphanol 2μg/kg/h + sufentanil 0.025μg/kg/h. B group received bolous of 30μg/kg butorphanol,S group and BS group bolous of 0.2μg/kg sufentanil at 10 min before the end of surgery. patients pain(VAS score),sedation(Ramsay rates)and adverse events were recorded at 4h,8h,12h,24h and 48h.[Results]There are no significant difference between three groups(F4 h =1.000,F8 h=0.818,F12 h= 1.909,F24 h=1.615,F48 h=1.286,P﹥0.05). Ramsay sedation score was significantly higher in B group, comparing with two other groups at 4h(F4 h =13.154,P﹤0.01). Nausea and vomiting was significantly significantly decreased in B group and BS group, comparing with S groups(F=13.303,P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]There is a exact analgesia with fewer side effects in butorphanol alone or combined with sufentanil in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after abdominal surgery.
