Title: Research on Wind Vibration Response and Equivalent Static Wind Loads of Super High-rise Buildings
Abstract: The wind vibration factor in current Load Code for Design of Building Structures(GB 50009—2001) in China was advanced only considering the first vibration shape of the structure, but for super high-rise building structures with complex shape, the above calculation method was incompletely reasonable.Considering the influence of irregular structure, aerodynamic interference of adjacent buildings and cross-wind effect, authors obtained the along-wind and cross-wind equivalent static wind loads and wind-induced dynamic response needed for wind resistant design of super high-rise building structures by using the method of combining wind tunnel test with wind vibration response calculation, and achieved good effects in project practices. The results show that because of interference of surrounding buildings,along-wind and cross-wind equivalent static wind loads differ from normal super high-rise buildings and the disadvantageous wind directions are inconsistent from those shown in code. The conclusions also provide evidence and reference for wind resistant design of super high-rise building structures.
