Abstract: This paper used the atomic fluorescence spectrometry to study arsenic species analysis and determine organic arsenic and inorganic arsenic in three species of alga.Under the selected experimental condition, the detection limit of organic arsenic was 0.01 mg/kg and that of inorganic arsenic was 0.04 mg/kg;the relative standard deviation of organic arsenic determination of three alga samples was 1.32%-4.65%,while inorganic arsenic was 2.78%-6.15%;the recovery rates were 83.85%-100.58% and 78.12%-111.18%.This method had the advantages of rapid sample processing,a wide linear range, and small matrix interference. The detection precision and accuracy could meet with the requirements of species analysis.
