Methods The right jugular vein and the contralateral carotid artery in each of 40 rabbits were ligated with either titanium clips or absorbable clips and then divided. After 1?2?4?7?or 14 days following ligation, the laparoscopic clips were removed, and the vessel's resistance to leakage was quantitated. Results The capacity of titanium clips and absorbable clips in sealing vessel: titanium clips absorbable clips. Conclusions In laparoscopic operation, we should choose correct methods in sealing vessel. Thus perfect effects can be achieved and complications can be avoided.Read More
