Title: Study of heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease of one-vessel stenosis in different criminal vessel
Abstract: Objective] To study the alteration of heart rate variability (HRV)in patients with coronary heart disease with one-vessel stenosis in different criminal vessel.[Methods] Time domain parameters of HRV were obtained from Holter in 124 patients of one-vessel stenosis who had been confirmed by coronary artery angiography, and 30 healthy persons used as control. [Results] There was an obvious HRV decrease in patients with coronary heart disease as compared with normal subjects,HRV of patients with left anterior descending artery lesion decreased more than those of left circumflex coronary artery and right coronary artery. The percentage of patients with decreased HRV obviously was more in patients with left anterior descending artery lesion than those with left circumflex coronary artery and right coronary artery. [Conclusions] The HRV in patients with coronary heart disease has decreased. Patients with different criminal vessel have different degree of HRV decrease. The patients with left anterior descending artery lesion have more HRV decrease than others.
