Title: Study on the Dynamic Model of Organizational Learning Processes in the Context of Knowledge Management: A Complex System Perspective
Abstract: An organization in the knowledge-based economy is defined as a complex system with scale-free network structure.Knowledge management is the basic element in the knowledge-based economy.As the source of organizational core competitive advantage and sustainable development capability,organizational learning may be considered as a continuous and endless dynamic process inherent in organizational life.Based on the comprehensive review of the related literature,this paper systematically integrates and develops the dynamic model of organizational learning processes in the context of knowledge management from a complex system perspective.Inspired by the empirical studies of networked systems,this paper also analyzes the obstacles in the process of building a learning organization in the environment of a dynamic system.
