Abstract: Yiwei · Qian Zao Du is a very important philosophical and I Ching learning work in the Han Dynasty. As an indispensable material to study Chinese philosophy and ideology of the Han Dynasty, the Way of Heaven dwelling in it consists of not only the ideas of Guaqi (a theory indicating the correspondence between the hexagrams and seasons), but also the ontology of Lao Zi's Daoism and the Doctrine of the Mean, as well as the ideals of moral value of Confucianism. The universal and social prospect of simplicity, changing and unchanging illustrated by it contains not only marvelous thought of ontology, but also elements of social orders. Depending on the thought of Daoism and MENG Xi and Jing Fang's Guaqi theory, Qian Zao Du constructs a complete universe generation mode, revealing its obvious characteristic of times. Meanwhile, behind the mode is the author's deep humanistic concerns and profound anxiety consciousness, reflecting the substance of the theory of correlation between the Way of Heaven and the Way of Human of the I Ching learning of the Han Dynasty.
