Title: Analysis on the Trend of China's National Income Distribution based on Kuznets Hypothesis
Abstract: First,with the help of taking Kuznets hypothesis as the theoretical basis,comparing Gini coefficients of different countries or regions and the income gaps of different levels,and comparing the national income distribution of America to that of Japan in the level of average GDP $1000 to $3000,the author analyzes the trend of China's resident income distribution.Then,the author verifies the existent of the inverted U hypothesis in the process of China's economic development.Finally,the author puts forward that the government should play the role of visible hands,properly adjust the relationship of social production,and moderately adjust the distribution arrangement of national income with the help of adopting policies and countermeasures.
