Title: How to Improve the Real Abilities of Pre-job Students' Teaching Practice in Teachers' Colleges
Abstract: After receiving four-year undergraduate education in the Teachers' college,students will turn to formal teachers in no time.Whereas,the common phenomenon is that they may be equipped with necessary teaching theories,while weak in practice.As teaching is a premier task,whether they can put their lessons in a right way,control the class,or activate students is a key to the success of the teaching and learning in the classroom,and may even affect students' interests in the curriculum.Thus,special attention should be paid on how to improve the real abilities of pre-job students' teaching practice in teachers' colleges.Discussing and solving the problem will find its own value in the real teaching field.
