Title: The Mechanism and Prospective Study on Shuxuening Injection in the Treatment of Senile Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical mechanism of shuxuening injection in the treatment of senile ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and to study its efficacy prospectively. Methods Seventy-eight cases of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group received shuxuening injection on the basis of conventional treatment. The total efficiency and the indices of blood before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.9% in the observation group and 71.8% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0. 01). After treatment, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformation index and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group decreased more obviously, and the difference compared with the control group was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusions Shuxuening injection is effective for elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, as it can significantly improve the indices of blood of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. It is safe, reliable, and worthy of clinical application.
