Title: Syntheses, Crystal Structures and Properties of Penta-Coordinated Cu(II)-Schiff Base Complexes
Abstract: Two copper(Ⅱ) complexes, BF_(4) (1) and [Cu(Ⅱ)_(2)(L2)_(2)(Cl)_(2)] (2), were synthesized from two in-situ-prepared Schiff base ligands (HL1=1-(2-hydroxylbenzylidene)-1,4,7-triazaheptane,HL2=2-(2-hydroxylbenzylidene)iminoethylpyridine). Their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction, revealing that the complexes belong to monoclinic crystal system and P2_1/c space group. The cell parameters of 1:a=0.975 9(2) nm,b=1.444 8(1) nm,c=1.097 9(1) nm;β= 101.09(1)°; V=(1.519 1(9))nm~3; Z=4; d=1.642 g·cm~(-3); and those of 2:a=0.913 0(7) nm, b=0.912 8(5) nm, c=(1.635 9(4)) nm; β=104.704(3)°; V=1.318 885(5) nm~(3); Z=4; d=1.633 g·cm~(-3).
