Title: Comparative analysis of the efficacy of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery with the traditional craniotomy hematoma hematoma
Abstract: Objective To compare the effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery with the traditional craniotomy hematoma hematoma. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly according to balloting were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each. Control group un- derwent conventional hematoma evacuation, observation group underwent minimally invasive hematoma drainage, the operative time, blood loss, hematoma clearance rate, postoperative recovery and ADL classification were compared. Results ①Observation group operative time, blood loss, hematoma rate was significantly less than the control group(P 0.05 or P0.01).②The patients postoperative recovery was significantly better than the control group(P0.05). ③Ob- servation postoperative ADL classification status was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).④The dif- ference of complication was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Minimally Invasive hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hematoma drainage effect is remarkable, safe, deserves to be promoted in clinical and applied.
